Texsource offers pre-stretched aluminum screen printing frames. Aluminum Frames have square corners. Each frame is welded and sanded for a water tight seal. Custom frames are available on request. Frame width is 1.5" per side (total printable area = 20" x 28"). For custom frame quotes, please call 1-888-344-4657.
Plastisol Ink Mesh Count Basic Guidelines:
24 - 40 mesh for Glitter Inks
60 - 86 mesh for Shimmers and thick white underbase
86- 110 Mesh for Metallics
110 - Most Popular for Light Colors such as White.
160 - Most Popular for Black. Holds More detail than 110 but less ink will pass through the screen.
200-230 - Ink may need to be reduced. Holds high detail. Good for Solvent based and Water based Inks.
230-305 - Mostly used for super fine detail half tones and CMYK Process Prints, Solvent and Water base.
